Golden Eagle Distributing LLC is an independent, family-owned beverage wholesaler rooted in Southern Illinois and Western Kentucky. Established in 1991, the Illinois operation united three historic regional wholesale distributorships—Herrin, Metropolis, and West Frankfort—into a single, unified logistics network.

In 2000, Golden Eagle constructed a modern, purpose-built distribution warehouse in Marion, Illinois. Over the subsequent two decades, the company evolved from a traditional beer distributor into a complete beverage wholesaler, supplying premium beers, craft ales, wines, spirits, premium bottled waters, juices, and energy drinks. With 21 dedicated team members, Golden Eagle delivers unmatched customer service to more than 500 local retail accounts across 10 southern counties.
